The 54th Annual WV Black Walnut Festival™ is featuring a different carnival vendor. We will have more rides for adults and more rides for children. This year's carnival promises to be much more exciting for everyone!
The Carnival is coming to town! The WV Black Walnut Festival™ brings the carnival to Spencer once again. Young hearts beat faster with excitement as the sight of the carnival trucks pulling into town sets the stage for another nostalgic week. The merry-go-round, the ferris wheel and all the other traditional favorites provides thrills and chills. Yes, the carnival brings out the kid in all of us, and the West Virginia Black Walnut Festival™ Carnival will be no different. The Carnival will be open throughout the festival.
