Entries will be accepted at the National Guard Armory on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 5 and FRIDAY, OCTOBER 6 from noon until 4pm.
Entries are limited to three total entries per person - only one per category. Entries must have the artist's name, address, phone number, section and medium written on the back.
The categories are as follows:

Student work should be submitted through the school's art teacher and will be limited to the top 10 entries from each grade level per school. Adults are not under that restriction. As a result of space constraints, the art exhibit may be juried should there be a large number of entries.
Judging will take place Wednesday, October 11 with ribbons awarded to winning entries. Best Of Show winner will receive $35 cash prize. In addition, a $25 cash award will be given to the entry best exhibiting a Festival Theme. Artwork must remain on display from Thursday, October 12 thru Sunday, October 15 until 2 pm.
